@Chickenwolf I don't know you, but happy birthday to you too!
Hi, Dax,
Just out of curiosity, how long you been truckin'? #1 son's been at it about 15 years now.
Schneider taught him, and one of his first solo runs, if not the first, found him on top of Donner Pass, in a blizzard, with no usable chains (only 3 busted sets). He had to cobble together a functional set to get down the mountain, where people were mowing grass! He drives for UNFI now, out of Racine, WI.

  Oh my, own parents forgot.
I forgot my own this year,  I didn't realize it was my birthday until I had to write the date down and even then I just thought that date seems familiar for some reason, then finally realized what it was.

Lol! Well I guess you can't feel too terrible when you forget your own birthday!

Adds I'm so sorry - that's awful - one year my own parents forgot. They felt really bad and apologized of course (I'm their only child so I was kinda thinking "really guys??!" Lol)

When is your birthday daxi??
That is bad. My birthday was on the fifth. Have a great day.

I just did a spot check with my infrared thermometer...it says 104.2 degrees...that can't be right but it's an automotive thermometer...up to 3000 degrees if it was that got the eggs would have cooked a long time ago....I'm gonna tend to believe the Brinsea thermometer.....and the medical calibrated thermometer...but they both show the temps being a little low.

Morning Phil!
Those infra reds are dependent on the range of the scale for accuracy.
I have several I use in my shop, one from 0-250, one from 0-500, and one like yours goes to 3000.
Unfortunately they are all way more accurate at the middle of their respective ranges.
I would trusted the one on the bator and the medical one at this point.
I use my 0-250 one to check the bator, and it is still a degree or two off compared to the others in the bator. I think the higher range has more variance at either end of the scale.

Hope you and the wife are doing well today :hugs
