I have two chicks in the bator that just hatched about 45 minutes ago and my brooder is up to temp and everything can they go into the indoor brooder yet

And can my broody eat the medicated chick starter or are they better on the regular

if you have more hatching you may want to leave them to dry longer and to keep the humidity for the others if they have pipped.
Some people prefer one or the other, but I am more into save a chick in the water and whichever feed.

There are no more pips yet but lots of chirping

you should ask a more experienced person about how to pull them without changing things to much for the others. I know they say they are fine for a day or two after absorbing the yoke.

For the record there's about 60 chicks in our garage in brooders...my husband is going to disown me lol but...6 more isn't much! Right?? RIGHT???!!!
