You don't have to. Realize ducks are better adjusted to cold than chickens are. If they get wet, they will be okay. Anything else?

This is my first hatch.one of the chicks has this brown to orange looking thing hanging off of its butt. What do i do there is still 4 unhatched eggs in the incubator and one healthy looking chick in there. HELP PLEASE

Ohhh. Nope. I don't have that problem. Then again, my ducks have a separate room. They've been sleeping with the chickens, but their water and food are still in another room.
