I was checking the weather. It looks like CH33 is having a rough first day on the job. Tornado warnings, hail and lightning all over the bayou.

Silkies.
They are so unique, calm and perfect for those that like them.
They don't roost cause they can't fly and don't jump well. They're very vulnerable to predation.
I joke with all my friends that have them, saying that they aren't real chickens.
If you like annoyingly broody birds that need supervision, go for it.

My Silkies roost! Most of them anyway ;) And I love their broodiness, they give my incubator a break (ok, ok, we all know thats a lie  ).

I need a favor:

I need to know how to remove the front deck (rack) from a Polaris Hawkeye ATV.
I
t's either a 2002 or 2005 ( can't lay my hands on the title to be sure).
What I need would probably be in a Service Manual, hopefully a PDF

I was wanting to go onto youtube and maybe find a video, but I can't get youtube to come up
Also tried to email my son, in hopes that he could find it, but AOL won't come up right, either.

If one of you could find something & send me a link, I'd sure appreciate the time & trouble.

I'm tempted to toss this laptop & go buy a new one, but I'm not totally convinced that the problem is not with Hughesnet. The last time I contacted them they swore all of their stuff was operating properly...I don't know that I believe it. I don't want to drop the coin into another 'puter only to find out that it doesn't work any better than what I have already.

I'm going to try Ebay, if I can get it to come up at all

OMG, Linda! I hope you opened them at the Post Office and filed a claim. How were they packed? Thrown together in a plastic bag and twist-tied? That's horrible!!!

I believe it was Cackle Hatchery. Delayed shipments aren't all that uncommon, but an email stating such would be nice. Can't rule out USPS in this situation, either. Things happen, and it's best to wait and find out where the problem is before placing blame on one or the other. The guy I got my BR eggs ordered his flock (100+) from Cackle, and only lost one bird. Most people are happy with Cackle, but like I said, things do happen. If it turns out bad, they will make it right...   ;)

It was Cackle. I've ordered from them before with good results, all my guinea keets arrived alive and healthy. But, theres such a lack of communication! With other hatcheries, some have called me to let me know my chicks have shipped, others at least sent an email. After Cackle took my money, I've heard nothing from them (both times). And I can't get anyone on the phone to save my life :/ I've been pleased with the birds I've gotten from them, but I don't think a simple email saying the chicks are on their way is too much to ask
