Did you look at the options that pop up when you click on your name on the top of the BYC screen? if it doesn't show on mobile just switch the setting to desktop. I do that on my mobile.

P.S. Sally we need a new avy for you that shows you lookin better and not in the middle of a migrane!

Yes I've already went to desktop and tried to upload pics and also tried to change avatar. Still doesn't work.
