Did you look at the options that pop up when you click on your name on the top of the BYC screen? if it doesn't show on mobile just switch the setting to desktop. I do that on my mobile.

Yeah I've tried that too. Hit change avy and it never does. I had to get someone else to upland pics for me on their profile. My cell sucks.
