I don't think that's PVC. I believe it's either Lucite or Plexiglas. You'd have to get that bend, which might be possible with a propane torch, heating it enough to bend over a sharp edge, like a table.

I say it might be possible; I've never triend heating and forming Lucite or Plexiglas, but it sounds doable, in theory, anyway. I'd try it on a scrap piece first.
