Some people like there neighbors and I have no problem with that..........I'm not one of those people
lol.png
Than again I'm not much of a people person either.
My last house, I liked the neighbors on either side, but never got to know the ones behind - there was a steep hill down to those houses. I didn't know too many others in the neighborhood, even though I lived there for 10 years...

Not so funny story on one of the neighbors directly across the street....my daughter USED TO have REALLY dangerous seizures and sometimes would have to go to the hospital. One day my mom was home alone with her and didn't know what to do, so I had her call 911. Of course, the paramedics aren't the only ones to come - the hook and ladder, and every fire truck from the station pulled up. That creates looky-loos. The paramedics evaluated her, they just picked her up and carried a totally limp child in their arms out to the ambulance. The neighbors thought she might be dead. One of them, a child (5 years old) definitely thought she was dead. So, the next day when she saw my daughter walking around, she said she must be a zombie and FREAKED OUT! For the next 6 years, she was afraid of her.

My new house, Of the 4 neighbors I've met. 2 have been really nice, 2 have been horrible, nasty, obnoxious sub humans.

That's funny about the neighbor thinking she was a zombie

The sub human ones are a huge reason why I just avoid all neighbors as much as possible. We've lived in our current house for two years and I've said about 5 words to two of my "neighbors". One stopped by the day we moved in and never came back. The other one was a neighbor asking permission to hunt on the property. He was told no and I haven't seen any of them since...........which is fine by me.

You want the good ones?

I usually toss mine around day 14. I wouldn't want to eat one as it's been sitting in a warm moist environment for two weeks :sick

Psssst.....I got the "good" ones
;)

Somehow every time my neighbors and I see each other in the back yard we start talking, and then it's dinner time so we all just pitch in and have a dinner party.  Last week we all went to my house.  I had salad, neighbor A had chicken and neighbor B made noodles with alfredo so we just combined it all and had chicken alfredo with salad.  I love my neighbors. Haha.  They are so much fun.

Thanks I will look at those.  Yes they are all from the same 4 hens and 1 rooster.
I do not assist them.  Two hatchers looked normal (fat bellies) but one looked as if it had no yolk...it was absorbed and all but it's belly was really small.  The DIS all looked normal.

I usually scramble them up and feed them back to the chickens.  However, my husband DID eat my pan of scrambled ones once (I was like...:where did the eggs for the chickens go?!?") and didn't have any stomach upset.  So I suppose you could eat them...

Big dinner parties are awesome....

It was a shame when I grew up in the Detroit area never knew any of my neighbors hardly..... U.
Up here I know them all.... Even the ones miles away...... Small towns rock.....

So sorry! Tubing *may have helped a little, but being purple is usually a sign that the end is near. Again, sorry for your loss. Maybe some sort of heat/lung defect?

Than why do you want mine

and the problem with small towns is that everybody knows to much about what they shouldn't.
