Well I guess I'll let you all know what is killing me right now. I picked up a couple dozen cream legbar eggs from 2 different breeders and then ordered some day old chicks. The chicks were supposed to deliver on Thursday. They are either lost or stuck in transit somewhere. Last scan was the origin on Tuesday. They still show a Thursday delivery. Ugh. These chicks are out of 1st gen greenfire hens and covered with Jill Rees line Roos.

Working with USPS is like pulling teeth. I hope they like writing insurance checks.

at least they are covered. sucks on the chicks though.

I have had ccl for a few years now. I am down to only a few, slowly getting out of them. Not sure what I am going to get now.... I miss my white face black spanish, wish I would have kept a trio
