I have had ccl for a few years now. I am down to only a few, slowly getting out of them. Not sure what I am going to get now.... I miss my white face black spanish, wish I would have kept a trio

I dont have much experience with chickens.. this being my first year and all but I really love my minorca and my Jersey Giants.

Thank you! And glad to be here! I normally set my temp to 99.5-100..I just cleaned my incubator and turned it on a couple hours ago and it's set at 99-100 but my humidity is sticking to 95%.. It's a still air incubator btw

I am holding out for a silkie and an easter egger for a variety of color in my eggs. If I had the money I would get those full black birds that birdman had and breed. They were super cool looking..

We've got too many but as long as there is a demand, we'll keep breeding. It's pretty bad when your brooder building is 12x48 with eight 6x8 individual pens and then 4 half brooders (3x6) above on top on every other pen. Also have two 3x6 brooders in the shop. We currently have 11 breeding pens plus 1 pen of Khakis. Then we can add all the cows and my wife's fainting goats.

Oh my Goooodness. Those are beautiful!!!!! Very similar to a minorca but fatter!!!!!! I love the long white ears.. and they are so regal.

Couple that with 5500 acres of farm ground and there is plenty to do.
