You made it to another birthday...that's a good thing, & sure beats the alternative.

I'm sorry, I just don't understand how being dead is such a bad thing. I am obviously very upset that Brian is gone, as well as many others. But Brian is happy as can be now. I think anyone would be happy to get away from my sister, no matter what it took. :D

I thought you wanted to quit drinking?

OK you can stay in the downstairs with all the bators, they have taken the move down there! lol oh with me!!!

I do - but I'm Irish and German so it may not happen any time soon.

My incubators are in the cellar and it's not ideal except that I don't keep staring at them.
I need to tap into my natural gas line to install a small gas heater in the office down there so I can move the incubators there and they won't cycle so much. It usually stays in the 50s/60s year round. I chose it because of steady temps but too cold.

No. I was out working on the coop platform 'til the DW got home. Between her schedule / activities & mine, we don't see much of one another except on weekends. Besides, she makes me a sammich.

I wish someone would make me a sandwich lol

Don't feel bad. I can't tell you how many times I forgot to move eggs to the hatcher only to find chicks hanging on a rack or running around the bottom of the incubator.
I even have one of those Incubator Warehouse incubation timers sitting right under my computer monitor.

Lowe's and Home Depot carry them in the concrete block/cement section.
I use them every time I build a new out building. It makes building on a slope so easy. Just level the ground where the block sits and change the length of the post. It routes rainwater away from the wood as well. You can use 2X lumber horizontally or 4X4 vertically.

I have often forgotten how old I was over the years. That's not a bad thing to do.

She always has fun, she can get very irritable from time to time. Just don't talk to her then.
Her tagline for living is, "work, save, travel, repeat".

That would be a good time.

I was just offered 12 Canada Goose eggs yesterday. I turned them down.

And goose dust and down out of the hatcher.

Shop vac for broken glass in the grass.

I guess it was but what was forecast as 3 solid days of rain fell apart and I have a total of less than 1/4 " in the rain gauge.

I HAD way too many. I've been liquidating for the last few years. I still have to sell an '02 Ford ZX2 and a '72 Porsche 914 and invest in a truck. That will leave only the truck, wife's car and son's car in the drive.
At one time, I had a Ford E250 cargo, Ford F700 Bucket truck, Ford Focus, Ford Taurus, 3 Saabs ('92 900 turbo convertible, '97 900, '99 9-5 turbo convertible), 86 BMW 5series, 2 MGBs, the ZX2 and Porsche. Oh, and a Bobcat.

Here's my daughter's bike which she bought in Ho Chi Minh to drive the length of Viet Nam all the way to Ha Long Bay. She was so over 6 hour bus rides that usually turned into 10. She sold it in Hanoi before her flight back to Thailand.

Then she rented a 4 wheeler to take a friend riding the dunes.

However, I think she may have enjoyed riding elephants more.

She was on the young elephant on the right that kept taking her on submerged swims.

I rode a 49cc Yamaha Vino scooter for a few years, 'til MD said I had to tag it, buy a helmet, & a few other things I can't think of at the moment. I decided if I had to jump through a bunch of hoops just to satisfy a bunch of money-grubbing politicians I'd buy a real motorcycle & ride any d***** place I wanted to, instead of only where the speed limit was <50mph. I sure enjoyed it while I had it, though. Really loved that 100mpg.

cause cause I am a halfwhit of late??? idk really no clue where my head is!!

this is the first time I lockeddown today and didnt set eggs upright or anything just added water and now we wait. no clue what my issue is to be honest.
You are NEVER a halfwhit - I usually am. My first 3 staggered batches, I moved wrong eggs over to lockdown. I had pips and hatching in my turners and eggs that were a week or more away from hatching in lockdown. I have FINALLY tried to copy your calendar and color coding system to see if I can do a little better!! Good luck with the ones hatching! I haven't bothered to try to hatch anything upright since my very first hatch.
