CH, run to the local drug store and grab another thermometer! It's important to have the brooder at 90-95F before the chicks go in so they don't get a chill.

grab your chicks out carefully but quickly put them under the heat lamp,

if the bator needs water have the cup of warm water ready BEFORE YOU GET THEM OUT, GRAB THE EXTRA THERMOMETER TOO so you can check the BROODER TEMP

CAN ANYONE WALK HIM THROUGH THE ASSIST ON THE MALPOSITION ? HAVE AT IT.... at least check if its ready? IF SO GRAB THAT EGG OUT but have a TWEEZERS and Q-TIPS BEFORE YOU GET THE CHICKS OUT AND napkins!!!!

No one th. they are hurting all the other chicks.and pecking them hard I have a bunch of pips but the strong ones are hurting the others

I think you should do what Sally just said. Try to get us a picture of the malposition and also the weak chick that is getting stomped. Is there still condensation on your windows?
