Glad you asked... I messed up and didn't listen to tech support at Incubator Warehouse. Since I did the ice water test on the IncuTherm Plus, and it only showed to be off +.2F, I adjusted the incubator so the IncuTherm showed 99.7F. After I got three thermometers (on day 5 of incubation... DOH!), it turned out that the thermometer on the incubator was the more accurate. I had been running the bator around 98F. After checking temp with the 3 thermometers, I immediately set the incubator back to it's original setting of 99.5, but it was still low according to the new thermometers. I offset the incubator by -.4F, and it's holding a steady 99.5F on all the thermometers... except for the IncuTherm, which was obviously off. I'm debating whether or not to bump the temp up to 100F to try to make up for the slow start on those first 5 days. Any thoughts on that???
