Good morning, M'Lady! So the more reading I do with these smaller size serama the more I am kicking my arz!!! I seem to keep running into this statement "birds that small are notorious for fertility problems" So am I to assume no matter how many switch ups and switch outs I am still going to have this issue!" What have I done to my kiddos purdy birdies!!! I need to candle and see what is actually alive in this bator now.
I have zero experience with Seramas, but do remember reading an article on them. There are 4 classes of size... A, B, C, and D. If my memory serves me right, the author suggested to avoid breedig A's and D's. A's due to ferility issues, and D's because of the larger size. If you're trying to duplicate the smaller size, that may be the root of the problem. Not familiar with your Serama program, so if this isn't the case, please disregard my psycobabble.
