I don't know if it's normal for Leghorns or not. She lays almost daily but they always surprise me. I can never even touch my fingers around them but I can't even close the lid on the jumbo carton over this one![]()

ooops thats one of my project eggs almost chicks! sweet! no double yolkers though right? them are hard on them and thats why I lost my brahma hen to egg binding.
if they are not doubles she will be fine! always keep an eye out for egg binding and poop butts!Is there anything special I can do for her? They are always single yolkers except for the FIRST egg she laid after I got her... It had no yolk at all! I am sure it was from the stress of moving her here (she was about a year old when I bought her)
