Hi and hope you all have a great Christmas Eve.
So I narrowed down how some of my birds got mites and lice. Only to had either one. One roo had lice and the other had lice AND mites! I got that one and his mate from a breeder. I know all my birds were healthy, I also kept them in quarantine and NEVER saw a trace of anything! So my guess is that it was from the breeder considering it had the worst case and is a recent bird added to the flock. Oh well. Everyone is taken care of and healthy now. I am only having trouble getting some of the lice eggs off of my original roo. Any suggestions. Thanks for all the help!

Well,I'm so obsessed with incubating and hatching

Go outside & wrassle an alligator...go fishing...practice shooting...anything to get your mind off the eggs in that incubator. As I told you an hour ago, they'll hatch when they're ready, not when you're ready; watching them like a hawk won't speed up the process one bit.

What!!!!???? It's in his name. He can't help it!

Anyone wanna take a road trip with me day after tomorrow? I'm driving to Louisiana, tracking CH down, & tying his butt in a chair, in a totally different room from that incubator, before he has a stroke!
