Hey all sorry I've been so very very busy. I'm not sure what all I've told you all and what all I haven't. Molly, my sheltie, has Lyme disease but is being treated and seems to be responding well.

Grandpa seems to be adjusting well to the care facility. He loves it there as he loves people, and he's a people person. The real test will be taking him out tomorrow to have him come to the family Christmas.

Had a hawk scare yesterday or day before. Didn't see the hawk but heard the alarm and the huge ruckous when the danged thing tried to grab one of our EEs, Belle, we found her in the garage with the flock despite being shaken up and having had some feathers pulled out of her right shoulder. She has no injuries and is back to normal.

The littlest girls(the three that survived the cocci) are out in the run with the big girls now at night and seem to be doing very well. Although they aren't roosting. Should we place them on the roosts while they sleep?

Other thank that not too much to say.
Continued prayers please for all of our flocks , family, and pets.
Merry Christmas to all. Goodnight!
Glad the dog's better, Grandpa is adapting well, and the Belle survived a hawk attack. Yeah, it sounds like you've been very busy indeed! I wouldn't worry about the young ones not roosting. They are on the bottom of the pecking order, and will have to earn the right to roost with the older birds. Putting them on the roost may get them pecked, so I'd leave them be. Just my 2c...
