Just fine......
Haven't seen ya around much lately. :hugs

Chickens are laying spectacularly awful, only 2 eggs yesterday from 12 pullets. :he
Ok, ok, 3 are bantams... But still, I expect more than 2! :rant

Yes , I was a bit busy lately , and the Forum wase too hectic for me . Lots and lots of mixed themes ! My chickens began to lay the week and I am hoping to restart getting my eggs!
I would recommend you to deworme them now, so you will not loose to much eggs in the withdrawal period!

And I thought my egg production was down! I get twice that many most days since the molt ended, & I only have 5 layers

I'm a person that believes unless there is a problem, do nothing. Chickens like my goats, if you worm them for nothing the parasites start getting immuned to the wormer. I havent wormed mine since i started them back up here in TN. Been over a year.

I dont deworm unless there is a problem, it killes their gut flora. I noticed after I wormed them they were a little less healthy for a long time...

Wow that's fantastic production!
Even from my sexlinks, I usually only get 4 from 5 layers.... What am I doing wrong???
The other 4 are EE.

If a bird has worms, won't feathers lose their gloss, like a dog's coat will look dull?
