Depends on how many eggs you're setting. The more eggs, the longer the door has to stay open, affecting temp & humidity.

maybe something where the whole tray tilts like a teeter totter front to back so you only have to tilt each tray rather than each egg.

Hoovering about zero today supposed to drop well below tonight. Just finished cleaning the driveway.
Too cold to do too much.
Should have gone fishing.
Too late now.
My ducks seem to tolerate the cold well I've not let them out of their pen for last two days though.
It seems to stay about 20 degrees in there.
Can't wait for Friday...Traverse City bound!!!!

Ducks actually tolerate the cold better than chickens.
My ducks are the only ones willing to come out today! I even opened the door to free range the chickens, and they couldn't be tempted out. I about died laughing when I looked out the kitchen window to see the ducks in the chicken pen. They were sticking their heads into the chicken coop! Even with that, seeing that the ducks were out and about, those chickens would not come out themselves.
