Super easy...and cheap. Buying the tool is the expensive part. Probably about a $100 but once you have it. The repairs are faster and better.

How is it different from PVC?

it's way different...it's a roll for one. It's plastic pipe but you cut it with a razor knife. It crimps together no gluing. I'm not real good at explaining. But you should Google it. Also freezing doesn't hurt the pipe. It's basically the same stuff they use for in floor heating.

I've used ever thing and it's the easiest. Cheapest and most forgiving stuff I've come across.
