The wafer thermostat seems to vary too much. 99.5 to 102 at top of egg. I do have a picture but it's not wanting to go with the message. I've tried three other times so if you get a bunch of them whoops!

the membrane looks really really white usually you can see through it some what before you wet it, but its not taught, def dried membrane, whats the inside look like? its alive yet?

I would put Bacitracin on that, will make the membrane transparent, you will be able to see whats goin on and be able to see the constriction/lack thereof of blood vessels
