Thanks! No idea at all - there will be some significant scarring back there. Here's hoping he grows it back eventually.

He had some time with each of his ladies today. He was thrilled, danced his bald hiney off for each of them, and mounted, but his aim is completely off - I need to research whether he'll be able to service them if the tail doesn't grow back.

Dumbledore's better, and bored with being inside now. Makes an amazing alarm clock, though. Did you think a rooster was loud? Try a rooster IN YOUR HOUSE! (I need some serious ear plugs.)

At least he doesn't crow at night - just makes sure I'm UP by 6 (he hears Snape the huge rose-combed Naked Neck crowing outside in the morning and has to answer him, repeatedly).
