Not giving up hope yet though, I will blow a fan on the interior and wait 24 hours before declaring it useless.

Ya know what's funny? I have read hatching 101 10+ times, and every time I find something I hadn't noticed before. The information multiplies!
Good morning everyone
Jack's quail eggs are liable to be hatched & laying eggs of their own before he gets the rails if we don't soon get out of here. The plow guy called a bit ago & said his truck won't handle the snow; he's going to bring his bucket, sometime today....maybe....., hopefully.....we'll see.....believe it when I see it.
.
thanks that's the first place I checked.![]()

I've lost my keys so many times that I now have a designated place to put them.
Benny, there are quite a number of folks over on the Breeding for Production thread who caponize, and swear by it, either for their own use or for sale. One has her capons play "Nanny" to the flocks' chicks, too - they LOVE raising and protecting chicks. Keeps a "Nanny" around at all times...Do you use to caponize your roosters?
I have never did it but the people that do oractice it, saye that the rooster is meatier and much more thender!
Here how they do it in China!

Crappie cooperating?
A truer thing's never been said...
I love your new avatar. That photo's gonna give me diabetes!!!!
I was in Baltimore for that really big storm in the early 90s, and our little road was too narrow (and had cars parked on both sides), so the plows refused to clear our road. On top of that, I was parked in an alley out back. We got about... I think 15"? Not sure, memory is fuzzy. What I do remember is getting up early, shovel shovel shovel, eat lunch, shovel shovel shovel until dark, eat dinner, collapse, then getting up early the next day for the same thing all over again. Took me over a week to get my car out...
I only lose things when I put them in a "Safe Place".![]()
