I was able to locate another female and put her back in the pen

I found my golden male

He is hurt pretty bad.
Something got a hold of him on his inner thigh
He prolly won't make it

He is quarantined

I put the hygroset in, the humidity is 10-15% off but I have heard you gotta wait 24 hours so I'll be patient.....

I got a free bantam phoenix. She had scaley leg mites (treated and appear to be gone) and was mid molt (now finished).

Anywho, she was paired with a (unknown at the time) roo when I got her on the 4th of Jan. and was with him until the 7th. She was around other roosters before then too. She laid an egg a couple of days ago and immediately decided to set on it. Are the odds good that it is fertile or not? I know that Sperm can last a while in a hen that is currently laying, would it last longer in one that wasn't laying when she was mated?

So I checked temps on the hygroset- it was off by 1 degree. They only garauntee up to +- 1 degree, so pretty fair!
