12 hour hatch window for the projects and legbar, one egg early DIS I pulled...

serama are doing nothing,
I think I screwed up by setting them in three days instead of two cause I am dumb and forgetful
probably gonna drown cause of the high humidity.

I FOUND A BIG NO NO in hatching, This was the first time I pulled empty shells out early.
I had a trampled chick and it looks like they pulled his umbilical strings at hatch, he must have bled
and they just had a pecking field day on him after that. Had the shells been in there,
it probably would have given him some space to hatch and dry up because he would have been surrounded
by empty shells and some "cover" he is actually in this image, I didnt see him until I checked the serama.

@Sally Sunshine :fl. Sermas
No one ever said, do you guys think I could use foundation or cover up on my lame chicks leg instead of paper tape to keep the others from pecking and grabbing the held up leg?
