Don't think I'm stupid (though I am ) but how often can you milk the same cow.? I'm guessing you have to wait a little?

You can milk whenever they are fresh. But 2x a day is common. Morning/evening.

I had not added water between days 7-10 but I did take the plug out of the vent. I only have the humidity gauge on the incubator right now, and I thought I may be a little high for the dark eggs - that's probably not the best answer - but I don't know my true humidity %. Air cells are still tiny.
