Y'all are removing humidity from the heated air in your houses & I'm adding it. Moist heat is healthier, and feels warmer, too. We keep a pot of water on top of the woodstove all winter.
I'm not removing it heater runs and dries the air out, I am lucky to get ambient humidity in the house to 35% boiling water in the winter time not using a wood stove either, though that is on my list along with making our own solar panels , not bad for coming up with ideas when wasn't supposed to be touching the tools, but that ban has now been lifted and Dad is gonna show me how stuff like that is done

We so rarely run the heater, no need for a wood stove. When I lived in the snow, wood stoves were the best. We'd do the same and keep a pot of water on top.

Now, we just run humidifiers in the bedrooms if we know the heater is going to be running.

Well, Faith got A.I.'d with Loki juice yesterday. Hopefully in about 30 min we'll hopefully have a natural tie. This will be a beautiful litter if she can get knocked up. Faith is tough so we have to do both natural and artificial.

I have one like that and another one that is in Farenheit. I no longer recommend either, the swing the temps too much and are sort of a pain to wire up (though I can certainly help you if you go that route). The one I got for my newly built incubator is this one: http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B015G25HNQ
It's a little more, but much easier to install and test. Also a little easier to program, but a lot more settings to tweak. If you get one, let me know and I will send you my settings that seem to work well.

It is "smarter" than the $15 ones, as it approaches the set temp, it turns off the element for a time and then cycles it one and off to keep it at the temp, adjusting to the way your heating element works to keep the temp much more exact.

But the best part is you can take it out of the box and plug it in and start using it immediately - no tools or wire stripping needed. I used a brooder light to test it out while sitting at a table. There is a great youtube video about it too.
