Yep. I have another coop and I will put her and the Leghorn in that one.If she's done it once, chances are it'll happen again, given the opportunity. Any way to house her out of reach?

I have no problems culling anything. But I do give them a fighting chance. As long as there not suffering. Had a rooster brutally acted by the other roosters. Was his fault, he came in being Mr. Badass. Didnt work too good. I put him in a small cage with water and food for 2 days. He was foaming out of his mouth. He made it. Gave him away. And hes fine to this day.I went to go check on them. One is moving around and drinking and eating. The other is still barely alive. I think I have to cull him![]()
Ya, I will have a hard time culling this cockeral. When he hatched he was weak and it was a miracle he survived. I don't have the heart to cull eitherI have no problems culling anything. Don't worry my bark is worse than my bite.
So this morning I went down to the coop and found my 2 mille fleur cockerals laying next to the duccle hen and the serama OEGB cross. So I took them out and they looked fine except their combs were a bit odd looking. One of them would ea and drink and the other was pretty much deadSo, I got all the other birds out of the "tiny" coop and put them in that. While I was getting everyone out I put the lifeless cockeral inbetween my feet so no one would mess with him. Then, my RIR hen flipped him over and started attacking him

Then the Leghorn hen did the same thing to the other one just a few feet away from me! Luckily, he is a little bit mobile. I put them in the coop with their sister and gave them food and offered them water. The other cockeral cant stand so I propped him up. I dug a hole to bury him in. I would cull him but I don't have the heart. This is why I like bantams

Thats why nothing except the goats get names. Its pretty girl and pretty boy with everything. As I have stated before to people, everything on the farm is subjected to be eaten at any time. I have no problem grabbing anybody and taking them out back for the freezer. Just me.Ya, I will have a hard time culling this cockeral. When he hatched he was weak and it was a miracle he survived. Thankfully no
I have no problem taking them to the freezer if they attack me or another animal, other than that they stay.Thats why nothing except the goats get names.
