I'm sorry you are struggling with this. Those are beautiful birds!! Will you have to get rid of your whole flock, sanitize and then get new birds? Is it possible to become MS free once you are exposed? Good luck with whatever you decide to do!
that's great!Yay! The other Cockeral is eating drinking and walking around!!

And what is the grey one with it's bottom in the air, right in front?
@LocalYokelWelcome to chicken math! Roosters don't count, because they are either protecting the flock or used for food (yes, I know you don't eat yours). Hens don't count because they give you eggs, therefore they are food. Chicks don't count because you don't know the sex, therefore you don't know what their purpose is. Broody hens don't count because you can't count an incubator. You can't count anything you name, because that makes them a pet.
I have no chickens, and no ducks.
Actually have the red hen and her son in a breeding pen with 3 barred rocks with them to get sex links. Still waiting on the other 3 red pullets to start laying.Your WR's are gorgeous, too! Do you cross your RIR with WR for sexlinks?
