Looks like more than simple pecking to me, but not sure what it is. I'd think there'd be some broken skin with that much pecking

There was broken skin but none fresh. I saw old bloodstains and so now in determined to fix the problem

I also have been keeping them from pecking recently so feathers have started growing back on most of the birds (but they cant grow completely back because there is still pecking happening when im not around.) except her cause no matter how hard i try, they keep pecking at her
