@Sally Sunshine the latest projects. First two pics are the latest coop. Budget is tight on that one so work has been slow. The other contraption is a brooder for out in the garage. For some odd reason the wife is getting tired of having chicks in the basement.

nice paint job! sorry on so many males in your hatch, saw that just now. still not sure the are only two females, one is pretty questionable not?

I ain't so sure about that! You need a keeper once in a while

We only got about 3" yesterday (shhh...told DW it was 6"). Snowed all day, but temp was south of freezing, so it didn't amount to much.

That's the kind of paint job my son loves to do. That's why the current three coops that I've built all have similar paint jobs. One is maybe a little questionable. Thats the luck of the draw when hatching eggs. Oh well will find out if they taste like chicken or not and I get to be picky about what roo I keep.
