Maybe see if she will eat something...mealworms possibly. And put her somewhere where she is isolated and you can watch her stool and stuff and provide electrolytes.

Hey I have a hen that appears to be sick, she doesn't want food or drink, she doesn't want to stand up, she isn't egg bound. I'm just puzzled! What could be wrong with her?

Here is a link to a homemade solution. Also if you have Gatorade it something similar that would work. Just dilute it with water.
