I dont know how to help with this one love, sorryI have a question about broodies. My FIL has a bantam phoenix that he got mid molt and she had scaley leg mites. He fattened her up, got the mites taken care of and she started laying again on the 27th of Jan. Since laying she has been "Sitting" on her nest, she gets up to eat and poop and whatnot, and she gets up if you poke around under her and she is still laying an egg every 3 days or so. But other than eating, drinking, pooping, and being pestered she is on her nest. Would any of the eggs under her develop, or will they not get warm enough without her actually hunkering down on them?
awesome!! read back lmao!!!Oh and my little fella who pipped the wrong end was the first one out! I still have another wrong ender in there. Still alive and kickin'. The rest of the pippers, 11 of them, are on the right side.
