LOL! I just went from four pips, to two, and two zips. One I think is about to come out.

Number seven just emerged. It also proved why you need to put marbles inside any water dishes. It just did a face plant into the dish, which is completely filled with a sponge and washcloth. My first hatch, I lost my very first chick due to drowning.

I am switching to either a blue or black light bulb for tonight!

For the babies. I'd go with a red light instead of the other pretty colors. With fresh hatchlings I'd also be careful with that waterer in the brooder. Maybe throw some marbles in it. Just to help prevent accidents.

I am making a video of number 8. I was killing myself holding my phone and flashlight still. Then I discovered that I could get a clear picture with my phone on the viewing window. I was expecting a glare.
