It's been one year since my husband went after Duckling, knocked out my teeth, killed the baby I was carrying, then took off without a word. No. Coffee isn't all I think about. It's just the only thing I have.

I have alot of mini lemons on my tree, so I pickled them! Pickled lemons are wonderful with tuna fish, on beef, eggs, poultry, on everything!

I have a bunch of little lemons on my tree too. it'll be nice when the tree gets bigger

On my "to do" list today is to make preserved lemons with my overload of Meyer lemons from my tree. Lemon curd with the rest. And I'm trying to decide what's the best thing to do with the blood oranges (I have a lot of different recipes/ideas, but just haven't decided - and there's only so much citrus curd one can make!!!)

Two more chicks overnight. I wish I could say that I slept through them being born. Alas, I did not. And the constant panic I felt whenever my brain registered a light source (the heat lamp). I have such a headache!
Only one cure for what ails me. COFFEE!!!!!!!!

MC, I got my migraine by not being able to sleep before the hatch as well. I'm totally going to try to get as much sleep as possible next time. But it's so HARD!!!!

I'm so sorry for your horrible situation, but am glad that it sounds like you are out of it, and you have your sweet, sweet Duckling and your sweet baby chicks. And you have us - we love you! (Really.)

Told hubby about the new antibiotics regulations this morning. He's all worked up and talked about emailing representatives and everything and like I knew he would, is pushing the vet thing again.

Heading to Tractor Supply today for feed. Going to pick up antibiotics while I'm at it. Getting into vet school is a lot harder than medical school - I'm not smart enough.

CH, not trying to be rude, but Benny, and a lot of others here have tried to help you just as much as Sally and you have pretty much ignored them and their help over the last few months.
Mike has pm'd you as well to try to help, as I am sure several others have as well.

Sally's response to that comment, yes I was here and read it, was also very clear that she did not find your comment humorous.
You have to be careful what you post in a public forum, even if you are joking.
