It is a Rhodebar hen and she is under a Rhodebar rooster right now but I want to put in with a Lavender Orpington Rooster

If the resulting chick is extended black (black with white underside), then the Orp was the father. If it is chipmunk or with light color, then pure Rhodebar. A white headspot on a black chick does not indicate a male chick, only if the chick is cream/brown and has the head spot.

Question If I put a rooster in with a hen how long will it be till she lays fertile eggs?
All depends on how fast she can run

I believe I read that it takes about 3 weeks for hens to quit laying fertile eggs after last being exposed to a rooster, but I'm not sure of the time frame going the opposite way; I'm sure someone here can give you the answer pretty quick.

Some comments if I may:
Light is an electromagnetic wave in between the wave length of (399)400-700 nm
So 300 nm is not light but UV radiation.
The energy of the wave is reciprocal to the wave length, short wave( like blue light) Have higher energy than long wave ( like red light). The energy is one of the factors that determine the penetration ability of the wave trough mater. This is way when you dive in the the see the red light is only in the 15-20 meters after this deep only green and blue wave penetrate!

Yes you may.
As you said,300 nm is UV.
Chickens can see UV light from 315 or lower up to 400 nm. I was generalizing and rounding #s just so people had a better understanding of light and the color spectrum's important to poultry or avians at large.
