Probably should use Sharpies to mark the air cells so the chicks can see the zip lines on the inside of the shells.

I meant to ask you this last night, but you got gone too quick: Do the Production Reds lay a darker egg than the RSL's, and fewer of them? I'm thinking probably so.

I believe that is correct. I only have RSL laying right now, and the eggs are cream colored. I sure am missing those dark brown jumbo eggs... but the light eggs taste delicious too!!! :thumbsup

All black, organs and EVERYTHING is black. I saw where people were callin them the Lamborghini of chicken, because they are extremely expensive and I just happened to get mine for a great deal!

Some of mine are cream colored, too, but I have 2 who lay really dark eggs; one darker than the other. That's what prompted the question a few days ago about my BCM's genes

Yep... egg color depends on the genes of the roo that's passed to the chick. Darker genes equals darker eggs... ;)
