My farm is crazy too. I had a little meltdown yesterday. I've been doing everything out there, but DH thought I was loving it. I've been stressed because I can't stay on top of farm and house and everything else. Feeding baby animals is more important than keeping the house clean.

I agree with everyone else. Check fb or craigslist for eggs if you don't have any friends with birds. Try for $5 a dozen or less. A lot of yard eggs are fertile, just check and see!

Feeding the babies is more important.

Maybe your chillins can do chores when they are of age!

I am setting this article to open edit as an experiment (If this does not work I will lock it again!) since I cannot keep up. PLEASE do not edit if you are not on the incubating thread! Only update your part of the article, and if you mess it up, have questions, or an issue arises, contact me. I would prefer you edit in rich format if at all possible, or notify me and have me edit it if you are worried about messing it up. Thank you and happy hatching!
Read instructions below!!

(First put "Personal", if you would like to share that type of stuff. [Ex. Name, location] Then do incubator type, ["Incubator"] Than eggs currently set, ["Eggs"] then put whatever notes or links to stuff you want bookmarked underneath. Numbers should just be whatever order you add yourself, it makes it easier to just be able to remember your number and scroll to it. Put a link to your profile by that, and than a short note if you want)
Example:
(PLEASE set yours up like this!)

Once installed to the electrical and plugged in, does the fan always run? Or will the thermostat govern the too?

Quote: awesome!

Oh that is a good point the thermostat would would affect that, I would like it to always run, I have not yet ordered the fan incase it is to complicated for my small mind. Will I have to pull apart the brain of the incubator to install it or is there another way? Thanks for any and all help!

Ok so that drawing probaly makes since to the average joe but it does not to me so let me give you guys that are very kind in helping me an idea of how it is set up. So I have a little giant styerfoam incubator an I want to put a fan inside of it. When I incubate I have a thermostat that I hook to it then attempt a hatch. So how would I set the fan up so it does not have to be wired to the incubator and is always running? I hope this makes since it probaly sounded better in my head. Thanks for the help!

Morning Dax!

My honas are 6 weeks tomorrow and mostly feathered. Little bed head fuzz on their heads and pin feathers in the body. I'm moving them out in three days. Their brooder is already outside, but I'm moving them to the coop.

Nice.

It's nice to move em to the coop, so they dont hafta relearn where "home" is.
Whats the temp gettin to in your parts?

I was referring to Whites a few days ago, and "Banti" once.
I need an alabi for last night.
Well whites is old and senile so ya could probably tell him anything and the other one apparently can't handle the truth about being Bubbles. What agency do you want the story fed to? And where do you want to have been?

who are you people that get money back at tax time???? I work my butt off 60 hours a week for just less than $13 an hour take no deductions and usually get or owe around 200.
No offense meant it is just frustrating as I saw someone come in a couple of years ago who earned 18,000 and had a couple of kids. By the time she got this handout (credit) and that credit and I paid taxes and got nothing she took home more than I did.
You ain't holding your mouth right, or something, Dax.
Part of your problem, I think, is that you're single.
Soon as I had a 'puter with internet capability I bought TurboTax software & started doing my own taxes. That was a lot of years ago. TurboTax s/w should be called "Tax Preparation for Dummies"; it walks you through every step, beginning to end. The simple version, I believe, is free online. You might ought to check it out. I highly recommend it. Filing jointly, with deductions for mortgage interest & medical bills, we'll get roughly $3,000 back, between State & Federal.
