Whites.. do you ever go out on the ocean... Maryland is suppose to have some of the hardest seas around.. I love to swim in it, but will not go on a boat on it...
By "hardest seas" I assume you mean rough water. Yeah, it can get pretty bad. I've been fishing in the Chesapeake Bay a few times. Only been on the actual Atlantic Ocean twice, out of the Brooklyn docks in NYC. Got seasick the 1st time, and wished I had the 2nd time; would've felt better. Never been saltwater fishing enough to get used to it. I don't swim, so don't frequent beaches, either...been a few times, though. Never lived close to a beach; closest was a couple hrs away.

I am about an 1 hour and a half away from the actual ocean... but Puget sound is close by.. I love to body surf with everyone at the shore.. but I just cant handle the boats on sea... I get grean.. even when I take the ferry to Victoria BC.. on the straight..... Puget sound isn't as bad.

The tracking number for my Ayam Cemani eggs says they are in a delivery truck driving around, so I'll get them today!

Didn't even think about WA being so close to Canada. I was in Canada once when I was a kid, for less than an hour.

Well, not quite. This is considered the Mid-Atlantic region. New England is a good bit north of us. Furthest north we've ever lived was northern NJ, and that was only for about 18 months...too close to NYC for me.

Look what got drug out of the shop today. It's filthy from sitting over the winter plus I put it up dirty the last few trips. Tomorrow it will get washed, waxed, oil change, new axle bearings and brake pads. It's about time to start slammin big blues.
