He didn't get in the pen, but he scared one OVER the fence and chased her into my arms, then continued to circle the coop/run until his owner came to fetch him. What I don't understand is why they don't have the dog in their fenced portion of their yard. I know we won't always be this lucky. But it makes me sad because that means my chicks will not be able to free range until we run fencing around our property.

I have dogs do that too much. They are all cool with the flocks (so far!

) but not other dogs. I was inside yesterday, and about died of fear when a dog when running across the yard, and I couldn't see my birds! Then I saw them. All fine, and not phased.

I am loving my little Biele babies! I sadly lost a little pullet overnight, but yolkie face is doing okay, I hope he makes it long term.

These chicks are so chill, I love it. I ended up with 6 boys and 12 girls before the one died. So 18 out of 28 fertile eggs, not too shabby.

 
Now my bator is loaded up again with 37 eggs, Bantam Phoenixes and Ameraucanas! Yay!!!!!!

Yup! And I did! It was horrible! So hard knowing I have to face the music! But, I mess up. I must pay the price. And stop talking so much! Boy could I have avoided an issue if I would just shut the heck up!

We are on here to discuss. I don't understand why someone would be mad... Oh well, they can turn that frown upside down and just be good.
