Appears to be a greyback Pomeranian! I love how my phone focused on the scratches on the incubator window instead. The other is alive and moving (did a quick candle when removing the empty shells). Up to 11 ducklings now

I tried to do a count and failed b/c they kept moving around lol.

someone please make it stop. I came home from church and one of my Welsummer chicks from January that I put out with the Christmas chicks was dead with no apparent cause unless moving it scared it to death.
Inside another chick was dead and four more look listless. I have to got upstairs and check again in a minute. I just want them to stop dying. I don't know how much more I can stand.

Still loosing too much moisture, bumped humidity up AGAIN. These eggs are gonna be the death of me. Why did I order more???

Hello, hope I can join in here. I started incubating my first batch of 21 eggs 4 days ago. 9 of them are shipped eggs and wouldn't ya know it, our electricity has gone off twice now and a blizzard hit after weeks of 60 degree weather. I kept a quilt over the incubator and it only lost heat down to 84.9 degrees and the humidity climbed to 65 each time. I just couldn't believe what happened! I have the 9 Ameraucana eggs, then my own EE, BLRW, and Silkie eggs. All pullets so just an experiment.

I also had 3 week old chicks in the garage I brought in in my cat carrier full of shavings. They were so funny! Nothing seems to ruffle their feathers lol. 4 blue wheaton EE's.

After reading the information on here I quit panicking and calmed down a little. It's been well over 20 years since I incubated eggs. I have a GQF 1588 with auto turner and fan.

Wow four days and all that!!! I how were your air cells? I am glad you have your own eggs in there too! good call!! I will assume that means you found this info!!!! ??? just making sure!!! I will add you to the hatchers list!! Welcome again!
