I'm not afraid of snakes though! I had worms thrown into my hair my mouth and down my shirt. I've been afraid of them since.
How do you get worms thrown into your mouth ? Oh wait ! Was it when u were screaming about the ones in ur hair and down ur shirt ?

I can't find my tent stakes right now, and I wanted something to hold down the bottom of fencing. I finally bought some pin (or is it nail?) stakes at Walmart for a dollar each. OMG those things are great! Now I need to get more!

We have to use these or the dogs get out under the fence when they try to dig, it only helps until they dig the stakes out lmao!!!

Update: My total for the HAL is 79.

19 blue partridge and gold partridge brahmas
4 red orpingtons
4 red cuckoo orpingtons
3 silver partridge orpingtons
7 laced orpingtons
3 white orpingtons
25 choc/choc cuckoo orpingtons
2 jubliee orpingtons
12 black/blue copper marans

I had issues getting my temp to stabilize after I put the eggs in but things look good now. My first candle will be tomorrow night. I set some last Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I'm praying I have a good hatch after I lost most of my birds to my neighbors dogs, just a few seramas left. Have a good day everyone!
GOOD LUCK Kristie!!!!!!! cant wait to see the brahma you know that!!!! I so hope you have a wonderful hatch!!!! I will need new stock at some point so pick the good ones!!!

Hatch a over. One internally pips but never externally pipped and still had unabsorbed yolk. One was all absorbed but never internally pipped, it had a cross beak. And one little surprise olive egger hatched out just perfect.
So you are setting more and gonna show us pics? wanna see the new olive egger!

Me???
Isn't that like the blind leading the blind?

But sure, hang on a sec.....

You owe him one; he told you your 'bator lid was on backward  :lau

I still dunno how having the lid on backwards would influence..... Uh, the other thing....
Woulda been fine if they didnt play games with the teeny red arrows hidden behind legos, and did it like 95% of people read it!!! I had several others check it AND THEY MISSED IT TOO!!! :tongue

'Sides, I already told him once.... :p

@Sally Sunshine The stakes work great for the lighter fencing, but not so well for the stiff livestock fencing. I'm hoping it works well enough. I can't say that that erosion around the fence wine makes sense to me. But, I have hopes that the grass will pull the fence back down this year.
