I guarantee that if you had my buffalo sauce you would be begging for the cheese! No joke! I make stuff suicide hot. When it comes out the other end, you feel if you haven't had some kind of dairy with it! I believe that a food isn't good unless you need at least four tissues!

Remind me to never stop by your house for supper! I like spicy, but I can't handle HOT. When Cajun Catfish first became popular I ordered it in a restaurant. I got what was supposed to be mild; it was so hot I didn't finish it.
