Do you have the name of the solvent in this two? If it is an hydrophobic material it wont be solobel in water! And to make it colloidal suspension you need to add an emulsifier and that can cange the active material fitchers!

Well,I lockdown my goose egg yesterday.and put the big dip in air cell facing up.ands the eggs it turned and dip not facing up.What Do I do.I have not opened it.

CH looks fine to me, fix it when you need to adjust humidity again. AND BTW tyou have plenty of it in there!!! it looks high, is it actually dripping? dont let it drip on eggs!

No,I can't.we had just got back home.No one touched the incubator.it was like this when we left. and then like this when we got back.thing one must like dancing LOL.

Here is my little guy that Sally and several of you helped me assist .... he needed LOTS of TLC after, including a pair of his very own Chick Shoes to correct curled toes. I really wasn't sure he would make it but it turns out he is a very strong willed little guy.

Since we are naming all chicks after our favorite Literary or Screen characters ... this one -- with his determination and crooked feet -- is Forest Gump. Unless he is a she .... and then her name will be Jen-Nay.

Ken is outside right now cutting the portal doors in the brooder pen. This is really happening!!!

My MIL will probably pass away today from breast cancer, and my sister in law (unrelated) who has 2 small children was diagnosed a week ago, and it has already spread.

Howdy All

Not keeping up with you guys very well. When I click on this subscription, the first page of the thread comes up instead of the last page that I read....Driving me crazy...I get so lost. It recently changed all by itself to do that! Maybe someone can tell me how to change it back?

Here's my hatching/incubating news! @Sally Sunshine


The one purple Guinea egg that was in the mind reader bator hatched! (what am I supposed to do with one Guinea keet?!) He is in with the Serama chicks and Tobin's one porcelain d'Uccle chick.
That's 100% hatch rate for that incubator! Pretty good, especially since it's mostly been Seramas.

Out of the 16 shipped d'Uccle eggs with really bad air cells, 9 are developing, but a few are about to quit. They are all still so sloshy! I can only tip them ever so slightly in way of "turning" them....

Tomorrow I will be getting 18 more shipped porcelain d'Uccle eggs from a different person.
I will also be setting some Silver pheasant eggs and barbary chukar eggs. (Fertility checks )

All around, extras for Local and his pops.
