So I need a bit of help and was hoping that one of you experts may have an answer to my question. So I have these brown chicken eggs and was candling them and I am having trouble seeing anything, I have a very bright flashlight and it only shows a few. Why can't I see in them it is the 14 day but I still could not see on the 7th. What can I do. Thanks for any help! :D

My hubby made babylon and her 14 plus babies a new private home lol so that way she wont have to worry about the other hens messing with her babies , and they are getting all settled in

It's been a really weird, crazy, and exhausting past few days. Seems like Murphy's Law wants to kick my azz, but I'm fighting back. Things are going good today, except for the fact that FedEx delivered my egg turners to somewhere other than my address!

I've been sneaking in and trying to keep up with the latest, and saw where you were feeling under the weather... but you're offline every time I've gotten on. I hope you're feeling better now, and make a full recovery!!!

I have found its best to NOT close up wounds unless you can insert drain tubes, and who can do that? not me so I let them open and just keep up with oral antibiotics and Veterycin spray

oh dang BJ stupid cats!

I would Veterycin it, do you have a liquid to sanitize the wound first?  Kat may think it needs something else.  Do you have antibiotics to give it orally?  @casportpony

X2. Vetericyn is some pretty good stuff; used it on a hen that had her side torn off... Almost made it; she woulda made a full recovery if not for my stupidity. :he
