Those hens may be "easy" so as a young rooster he just goes for them, especially if the other hens make it hard for him.
New roosters are also often very rough as well. For the sake of the 2 hens I would take them out and give them a rest. Let the rooster learn how to woo the other hens better and then reintroduce the "easy gals" later.
