it,smothering it was moving and chirping an hour ago then stopped.when I candles to check why it was not moving at all.I tapped the egg everything nothing. So I opened it and it passed away
Are you sure it didn't pass away because you opened it?
It was alive before you opened it.
None of us can understand why you continue to handle and candle eggs that are about to hatch.
You are your own worst enemy.
When they are moving and chirping - don't candle and open them an hour later. That will kill them

I'm done giving advice.

5 out of 11 eggs have hatched so far. 3 more have pipped. We are at day 20.

It's common for bantams to hatch early. Otherwise, your temperature was a little high. I wouldn't change anything for the next hatch though, because it's obviously working out well for you! I am only mentioning it, because it might be the reason for a mediocre first hatch.
