I forgot about Dishnet...that's available, but Directv has better programs. Any satellite-dependent system is going to have problems in bad weather, so we usually record what we want to see.

It's not do much weather problems I can only get 15 gigs of service...then it goes into slow down...then it's 10 each additional gig I buy....I'd like to buy a better service....but nothing available here.

We have have dish network and they've been telling us that Internet is only a month away for 2 years now.

Yeah their on a different lunar cycle

Directv used to be part of Hughes, but they became separate entities several years ago. DW keeps talking about upgrading to Hughesnet4, but if they can't guarantee better service than what we're getting from whatever they call Hughesnet4's forerunner, I don't see the point...why pay more for still-sorry service?

IKR...

Most of it sounds good, but you nay have lost me at ghost pepper.

You act like that's a problem.

Very high winds went through last night and this morning. Those didn't get to you?

          You have those roll out nest boxes, not exactly certain what they are called?

  p
I live 2 miles out of town, I'm at the very end of Time Warner Cable for my internet. Usually it's good but every once in a while the modem just stops working and needs swapped out. Much more frequent than it should.

The ghost pepper isn't over powering...it's really pretty good...the sugar tones down the heat.
Nope! Most of the white chit has disappeared, just working way too much!
And when I finally get a weekend to my self, I turn the ankle that I broke two years ago!
Spent Friday evening at the hospital, yesterday overdosed on pain killers, and now just sitting with my leg up in a boot.
We had the high winds and a snow squall blow through Friday night and most of yesterday, but it looks like the system went south of us for once. I see Phil is getting it now... :gig

Yeah I'd post pics if I could...freaking over a foot and it's still coming down.

Mercy!  You and Dax are sure having double helpings of ankle problems here lately.  I actually thought about her this morning when I stepped on the edge of a washed-out spot & the ankle went sideways; fortunately, no harm done.

Yeah, my first thoughts were actually about Dax while I was waiting for the X-ray the other night. Kenpo is tough enough, even without a wonky ankle, don't know how she is still training, but exercise is the only way to strengthen it

Hi CC! Only slow down for a few days?  It's my understanding the physical therapists can be a  bit persistent.

With the boot, I am fairly mobile. My physio will remind me several times over the next few weeks that I am 50 and not 15 anymore.
She usually does that, right before she hurts me! :gig
Just means I will have to stay at my desk a wee bit more than I usually do, I tend to be all over the plant most days meeting with my people where they are having the problems. I hate having meetings in my office where I can't see, feel, touch, and smell the problems while we try to resolve them..

Sorry Phil! When it came knocking on our door the other night, I told mom nature she had the wrong address. :gig

Hope you and the wife are safe and warm, hoping it melts quick too! :frow

Lol! Not so smart, just one of those people who has to see and feel it to believe it!
The owner of the company always gives me the hairy eye ball when he sees me coming in to the office with dirty hands.
I would not have it any other way, I refuse to ask my people to do something I would not do!

thanks....you must of sent it my way.

Good luck with the plants!
I started about 40 peppers, 60 tomatoes and a whole bunch of pumpkin an watermelon last week.
I have cabin fever as well, and actually took my snowblower over the garden about two weeks ago! :gig
Good black soil showing in between the snow banks, hope fully it will warm up quick!
