Last night she wanted a drink. I keep light containers of juice (about a quart each) and half gallon of milk within her reach. I try to have cups prefilled too. She got into the fridge, and I heard something spilling. It was coffee! I was more upset about losing coffee than the mess on the floor. Even a sticky mess would have been less traumatic for me!

How does a toddler manage that? Isn't the handle a bit too high? You don't leave the door cracked open, do you?
