I can ask, most goat people I know have Nigerian Dwarf also. I think the all are capable of it. IT's a matter of your management and how many you want to shelter. The people I bought my first two from got them to clear off acreage. I care about milk production so they get fed timothy and/or alfalfa, if I didn't care about the milk and let them live off browse they could/would clear areas. Keep in mind goats are browsers, like deer, eat a little some place and move on.

Currently I don't care about milk production so am thinking about getting a couple wethers. I've got lots of browse they can eat as well.

Things are looking up in the mower wars!
Just took it down the road about 20 miles to an auto mechanic who also works on mowers. Was referred by another shop that has a backlog as big as the dealer I've been waiting for. This guy's supposed to be pretty sharp @ fixing electrical problems. We'll see.

I'm sorry, I just don't understand how being dead is such a bad thing. I am obviously very upset that Brian is gone, as well as many others. But Brian is happy as can be now. I think anyone would be happy to get away from my sister, no matter what it took.

There's also a Country song that says "I want to go to Heaven, but I don't wanna go tonight" That's me; I just as soon get my grass mowed first if nobody minds a whole lot!
